The ATO as part of their compliance program have introduced in the past questionnaire’s for the high wealth where people have at least $30million in net wealth.
The ATO as part of their 2010 compliance program have extended this program to those taxpayers who have between $5 million and $30 million in net wealth. They have effectively extended their compliance activities to at least 120 audits and 420 risk reviews.
