You may have noticed that Family Tax Benefit, Baby Bonus, Childcare Rebates are no longer in the individual tax return. These are now being calculated separately by the Family Assistance Office and you will receive a separate letter from the FAO in relation to your payment/entitlement. As a result of this, and for privacy reasons, we cannot discuss these payments with the FAO on your behalf – they refuse to speak to us. If you do want them to discuss these issues with us, you will need to provide the FAO with authority to speak to us.
